Physiotherapist, University of Liverpool

In 2006 I qualified from Keele University with a first class (Hons) degree in physiotherapy.

Since then I have worked in different areas of physiotherapy, from intensive care to amputee rehabilitation. These experiences have helped me to build my knowledge and positively influences my clinical work, where I strive to take a holistic approach. In approximately 2011, I decided to specialise in Weight Management, and shortly after completed a NIHR funded Masters in Health Research. Since returning to weight management in 2013, I have secured NIHR funding to carry out original research, looking at weight regain following bariatric surgery.
